Oddsaint ships worldwide, with tracking on every order. Here is exactly what to expect.
How long does dispatch take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. During launches and holiday periods this can stretch a little. You will get an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel leaves.
How long is delivery?
Delivery time is counted from dispatch, not from when you order. As a guide:
- United States: roughly 3 to 6 business days after dispatch, with an express option at checkout.
- United Kingdom and Europe: roughly 5 to 10 business days.
- Canada, Australia, Japan and the rest of Asia-Pacific: roughly 7 to 14 business days.
- Everywhere else: roughly 10 to 20 business days.
These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Customs checks and local postal delays are outside our control.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your address and what is in your basket, so you always see the real cost before you pay. No flat fee that quietly overcharges you. Add an item to your cart and enter your country to see the exact price.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to more than 200 countries and territories, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, the UAE, South Africa, Brazil and India.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Orders travelling into another country may attract import duty, VAT or a customs handling fee. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices, and are the buyer's responsibility. If a parcel is refused because of unpaid charges, we cannot refund it.
How do I track my order?
Every order gets a tracking link by email once it ships. If tracking has not moved for 14 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will chase it.
Do tees and stickers arrive together?
Not always. If your order contains both, they may travel separately and land on different days. You will get tracking for each parcel.
Can I change my address?
Message us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed the address is locked, and a parcel delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout cannot be refunded.
Something arrived damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or refund the affected item. You will not need to post it back unless we ask. Full terms are in our refund policy.
